Roles and Responsibilities
Provide functional consultancy services to clients on SAP SD module, focusing on sales order processing, customer management, pricing, and billing.
Analyze business requirements and design solutions using SAP SD modules such as Sales Order Management (SOM), Customer Master Data Management (CDM), Pricing & Billing (P&B;).
Implement SOM projects from initiation to go-live phase, ensuring seamless integration with other ERP systems like SAP LE.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and optimize business processes through data analysis.
Develop training materials and provide end-user support for newly implemented SOM solutions.
