Roles and Responsibilities
Develop architectural designs, working drawings, and presentation drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit Architecture, Lumion, and other relevant software.
Create 3D models and renderings to visualize interior spaces for clients' approval.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and provide feedback on design implementation.
Prepare detailed specifications for materials, finishes, fixtures & equipment (FF&E;) selection.
