Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Senior 3D Animator with robust expertise in character animation, acting, body mechanics, facial expressions, and storytelling.
The ideal candidate should be capable of handling animation shots independently, maintaining production quality, meeting deadlines, and mentoring junior animators.

Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality 3D character animation for series, rhymes, and other animated content.
Demonstrate strong understanding of body mechanics, timing, spacing, weight, and acting.
Create expressive and appealing character performances suitable for kids' content.
Work on facial animation, lip-sync, gestures, emotions, and dialogue-based animation.
Handle both simple and complex shots independently.
Understand and interpret storyboards, animatics, camera movements, and shot requirements.
Implement feedback from the Animation Lead/Supervisor efficiently.
Maintain animation quality and consistency across multiple shots and episodes.




Coordinate with Rigging, Layout, Lighting, Modeling, and Compositing teams.
Manage assigned shots according to production schedules and deadlines.

Required Skills
45 years of professional experience in 3D animation.
Robust knowledge of character animation and acting principles.
Excellent understanding of the 12 Principles of Animation.
Strong skills in body mechanics, weight, balance, timing, and anticipation.
Good understanding of facial expressions and lip-sync.
Ability to create engaging and appealing animation for children.
Good knowledge of camera, staging, and composition.
Ability to understand and implement feedback quickly.
Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Positive communication and time-management skills.
