Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle WebCenter Content and Enterprise Capture consultant to support an end-to-end document imaging and management implementation for a government finance client. The resource will be responsible for configuring the capture-to-commit pipeline, integrating WCC with Oracle E-Business Suite via AXF Managed Attachments, and supporting SSO and security configuration on a bare-metal Fusion Middleware stack.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture (batch processing, indexing, commit profiles, metadata field mapping)
Administer Oracle WebCenter Content 12.2.1.4 (profiles, security groups, roles, workflow, document permissions)
Implement and troubleshoot AXF Managed Attachments integration with Oracle EBS 12.2
Support SSO integration (OAM Identity Asserter, OUD Authenticator, OHS WebGate)
Perform workplace administration on WebLogic / Fusion Middleware 12.2.1.4 (domain config, stack start/stop, log analysis)
Coordinate metadata definitions across EBS Managed Attachment categories
Diagnose issues via logs, config files, and Oracle SR process
Required Skills:
Oracle WebCenter Content 12.2.1.4 – robust hands-on administration and configuration
Oracle WebCenter Enterprise Capture – batch, indexing, commit setup
AXF / Managed Attachments integration with Oracle EBS 12.2
Oracle WebLogic Server and Fusion Middleware administration
Oracle Linux (shell, log analysis, SFTP/SSH tooling)
SQL / Oracle Database familiarity
Preferred / Nice to Have:
OAM / OUD / OHS WebGate SSO configuration
Oracle GoldenGate exposure
Government or financial-sector project experience
Soft Skills
Self-sufficient in diagnostics; robust troubleshooting discipline
