Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans for real estate projects and business verticals.
Manage and strengthen key client relationships and stakeholder partnerships.
Identify new business opportunities, geographies and sustainable business models.
Drive marketing, branding, sales and customer experience strategies to achieve business objectives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives.
Monitor business performance, KPIs, revenue and P&L;, and recommend corrective actions where required.
Identify business challenges and risks and develop practical solutions to improve performance.
Support leadership in strategic decision-making, business planning and current initiatives.
Prepare and present business performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Skills Required
Strong strategic thinking and business leadership skills.
Excellent understanding of real estate, marketing, branding and sales.
Strong commercial and financial understanding, including P&L.;
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
Solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple business initiatives and work with cross-functional teams.
Robust understanding of business development and growth strategies.
Qualifications
MBA or Master’s degree from a reputed institution preferred.
Experience
Minimum 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.
At least 12 years of experience in senior leadership / strategic management roles.
Proven track record of managing large-scale real estate businesses, projects or strategic initiatives.
Solid exposure to sales-driven real estate operations and business growth.
Candidates with high achievement orientation, strong business acumen and a progressive leadership mindset will be preferred.
