The role offers an prospect to lead engineering for one or more key SaaS products, working with globally distributed Engineering, Product, QA, Design and DevOps teams.

Key scope:
Lead and manage a team of 5–10 engineers, including Developers, Team Leads and Tech Leads.
Own end-to-end delivery of strategic engineering initiatives, including resourcing, timelines, dependencies, risks and delivery outcomes.
Drive hiring, mentoring, upskilling, performance management and retention of high-performing engineering teams.
Design and deliver scalable, cloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS architecture for enterprise customers.
Work extensively with distributed systems, microservices, message queues and modern cloud technologies.
Drive CI/CD, release management, QA/UAT and production engineering practices.
Lead adoption and governance of an Agentic AI-enabled Software Development Lifecycle and demonstrate its impact on engineering productivity and delivery.




Partner closely with Product and customer-facing teams on product vision, prioritisation and roadmap.
Own engineering standards around quality, performance, security, compliance, scalability and reliability.

C#/.NET | TypeScript | SQL | React | Microservices | Message Queues | Docker/Kubernetes | Azure

Experience sought:
10+ years in software engineering, with robust engineering leadership and people-management experience. Experience building enterprise SaaS products, distributed systems and up-to-date engineering delivery practices would be particularly relevant.

Exposure to AI/ML product development, Apparel/Fashion technology, combinational optimisation (CP-SAT/cuOPT), DORA metrics, trunk-based development or security-first SDLC would be an added advantage.
