A leading German MNC is looking for enthusiastic Diploma Mechanical Freshers to join the Production Department at its manufacturing facility in Walajabad, Kanchipuram.
The selected candidates will receive training and will be involved in production, assembly, machine operations, quality inspection, and manufacturing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day production and assembly activities.
Operate production machines and equipment as per work instructions.
Perform basic quality inspection of manufactured components.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
Read and understand basic engineering drawings.
Follow production targets and standard operating procedures.
Maintain 5S, safety, and housekeeping standards.
Identify and report quality or production issues to supervisors.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
Eligibility
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Freshers are eligible to apply.
2025 / 2026 passed-out candidates preferred.
Candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts.
Valuable learning attitude and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes is an advantage.
