Structural Design Engineer – Steel Structures

n

n

Experience: 5+ Years

n

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred.

n

n

Key Responsibilities :

n

n
Design and analyze steel structures, PEB structures, industrial sheds, pipe racks, platforms, and RCC structures.
n
Prepare structural models, analysis and design calculations using STAAD.Pro.
n
Perform wind, seismic and other load calculations as per applicable codes.
n
Design steel members, connections, beams, columns, footings, machine foundations and retaining walls.
n
Prepare and review structural drawings and calculation reports.
n
Coordinate with drafting and other engineering teams for project execution.
n




Ensure designs comply with applicable IS Codes and project specifications.
n

n

Required Skills :

n

Robust experience in Steel & PEB Structural Design.

n

Hands-on experience in STAAD.Pro; knowledge of ETABS is an advantage.

n

Positive knowledge of IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893, IS 456 and IS 2974.

n

Experience in steel connection design and structural detailing.

n

Valuable analytical, problem-solving and coordination skills.

n

Working knowledge of AutoCAD / Revit will be an added advantage.
