Role Overview

The Senior Admission Counsellor is responsible for driving enrollments by counselling potential learners, conducting Video Counselling sessions, and converting qualified leads while consistently achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Engage & qualify assigned leads via calling and CRM inputs.
n
Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs.
n
Conduct impactful Video Counselling sessions to drive conversions.
n
Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow-ups.
n
Achieve daily/weekly KPIs & revenue numbers.
n

Eligibility

n

n
4+ years EdTech sales experience (Study Abroad preferred).
n
Team Leading Experience
n
Proven target achievement record.
n
Fluent in Malayalam.
n
Comfortable working 6 days/week.
n
Robust communication, persuasion & rapport-building skills.
n
