Tender Management
n

Ensure process and approvals alignment for tender participation
n
Drive process and ensure compliance for tender participation in a timely fashion
n

Tender Tracking
n
n
Develop an exhaustive tender tracking regime
n
Ensure capturing qualitative and quantitative data in coordination with the team
n
Proactively build readiness for major must-win tenders
n
Identify external sources of data for cross-referencing and validation of information
n

Tender Analytics
n
n
Develop comprehensive dashboards for monthly and quarterly reviews
n
Build analytics focusing on comparison vs. Budget, across time periods to evaluate trends in Pricing, Volume, Competition etc.

Develop a knowledge bank of information to be utilized for Negotiation with internal and external stakeholders
n
Analyze syndicated and published data sources to understand pricing trends and impact of competition
n
