Eligibility & Experience

n

Candidates should possess:

n

n
Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
n
Minimum 12–15 years of experience as a Professor in a University, College, or institute of national repute.
n
At least 10 research papers published in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
n
Experience in guiding and awarding Ph.D. degrees to at least 2 candidates .
n




Qualifications and experience as per applicable UGC and NCAHP norms .

Provide academic leadership and strategic direction to the respective faculty/institution.

Ensure excellence in teaching, research, innovation, and academic administration.

Develop and implement academic policies and quality-improvement initiatives.

Promote research publications, funded projects, collaborations, and interdisciplinary activities.

Mentor faculty members and support career development.
n
Strengthen academic standards, accreditation, and regulatory compliance.
n
