Minimum 3 years of genuine frontline sales experience with individual sales targets and personal responsibility for pitching, follow-ups, negotiations and closures.
Must have a demonstrated record of achieving individual sales targets; should be strongly motivated by targets, performance and the prospect to earn incentives.
Must be willing and comfortable going out into the market to prospect, meet customers, build relationships and generate business — not depend only on incoming/digital leads.
Strong customer-facing communication skills and qualified presentability; must be confident pitching and selling memberships to premium customer base.
Strong follow-up discipline — must actively pursue leads, calls, meetings and pending opportunities until there is a transparent outcome.
Must be coachable and execution-oriented — able to take sales direction, feedback and training from the Sales Manager / Head of Sales and quickly put it into action.
