Non-Developer Role: This is a back-office data entry and store administration role. Software developers, programmers, and IT engineers should NOT apply.

Mandatory Practical Test: You will be given a live, in office Microsoft Excel test during the interview. Please do not apply if you cannot pass a hands-on Excel assessment.

Role & Responsibilities

n

Manage daily retail inventory data, stock logs, and daily sales records in store management software.
n
Generate and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.
n
Perform rapid, accurate back-office data entry and general administration tasks.
n
Knowledge of Excel formlas like Vlookup, Pivot table.
n

Required Qualifications

n

n
Experience: Minimum 3 years of continuous daily work experience using Microsoft Excel in an office environment.
n
Excel Skills: Strong working knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data filtering, and formatting.
n
Typing & Literacy: High typing speed with strong accuracy and fluency in standard office software.
n
Location: Must live within daily commuting distance to the store in Vijayawada.
