Role Description
nThis is a full time in office role for a BIM Architect located in Chennai. You will be responsible for creating and managing BIM models in Revit, developing architectural drawings and construction drawings, and preparing submittals for a wide variety of projects. Examples are large private luxury estates, office buildings, commercial high end spaces…. Daily tasks will include collaborating with project teams, render teams, and external consultants - ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of design documentation.

Expertise in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM)n
Proficiency in creating Architectural and Construction Drawingsn
Experience in preparing and managing Submittalsn
Excellent communication and teamwork skillsn
Ability to work in office in Chennai or Mumbain
Bachelor's degree in Architecturen
Experience with international projects is a plusn
