Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Flexera Administrator with solid expertise in Flexera One / FlexNet Manager Suite (FNMS) and Software Asset Management.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Administer Flexera One / FNMS users, roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards and system configurations.
n
Monitor beacons, agents, inventory collection, data imports and overall platform health.
n
Install, configure, upgrade and troubleshoot Flexera beacons and discovery agents.
n
Manage integrations with ServiceNow, BMC, CMDB, ITSM, procurement and cloud platforms.
n
Configure business adapters and validate license, contract, purchase and consumption data.
n
Maintain software recognition, Technopedia mappings, entitlements, subscriptions and purchase records.
n
Support Effective License Position and Product Use Rights analysis.
n
Generate compliance, utilization, optimization and audit-readiness reports.
n
Resolve L2/L3 issues related to scanning, integrations, inventory and data quality
