Job Description:

Department: Projects | Business: International EPC Projects | Grade: AGM / DGM
Reporting To: Business Head / COO – Projects
Qualification: B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) | M.Tech / PG in Construction Management (Preferred)
Experience: 18–25 Years
Work Location: Hyderabad (Initial Base), with deployment to Afghanistan.

Job Purpose

To provide strategic and operational leadership for the execution of large-scale industrial, factory, commercial, institutional, and infrastructure EPC projects across GCC countries and Afghanistan. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery within schedule, budget, quality, safety, and contractual commitments while leading multidisciplinary teams in an international setting.

Key Responsibilities
Lead complete EPC project execution from mobilization to commissioning and handover.
Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource deployment strategies, and monitor project progress.
Deliver projects within approved cost, quality, safety, and timeline commitments.
Manage Civil,



Structural, Architectural, MEP, and Finishing works.
Administer EPC contracts, including FIDIC compliance, claims, variations, EOTs, and dispute resolution.
Monitor project profitability, budgeting, billing, cash flow, procurement, and vendor performance.
Track project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project and drive project controls through MIS reporting.
Ensure compliance with QA/QC systems, ISO standards, HSE requirements, and statutory regulations.
Build robust relationships with clients, consultants, government authorities, and key stakeholders.
Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams while driving a high-performance culture.
