Key Responsibilities
Define, track, and report key business and team performance metrics.
Build and maintain internal performance dashboards and reports.
Work with teams to establish and monitor OKRs, KPIs, and other business metrics.
Create transparent visualizations and data displays for leadership and teams.
Help enable real-time/regular visibility of significant metrics across the organization.
Analyze trends, identify gaps, and highlight areas requiring attention.
Partner with different teams to understand their data requirements and translate them into meaningful metrics.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across dashboards and reports.
Present insights and recommendations to business and leadership teams.
Drive adoption of a data-driven decision-making culture across the organization.

Requirements




5–8 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of business metrics, KPIs, and performance measurement.
Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Experience working with OKRs, goal tracking, or organizational performance metrics is highly preferred.
Ability to communicate complex data and insights in a simple, business-friendly manner.
Solid stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of metrics and reporting.
