Hands-on experience designing, developing, and integrating REST and GraphQL APIs in production settings.
Practical experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design, optimization, and query performance.
Strong proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
Strong understanding of unit and integration testing, test automation, and code quality practices.
Experience with code reviews and maintaining high engineering standards.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues, including root-cause analysis and sustainable fixes.




Solid understanding of backend performance optimization, reliability, and scalability.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently own and deliver complex technical tasks.
Experience collaborating with product managers, architects, and engineers in cross-functional and distributed teams.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Upper-Intermediate English or higher, both written and verbal.
