Bristlecone India Limited is seeking a seasoned Lead – SAP qualified to head the S/4 HANA Functional – Delivery team. The role focuses on end‑to‑end EWM implementations, both greenfield and brownfield, acting as the subject matter expert and ensuring successful delivery across complex logistics landscapes.

Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end SAP EWM implementation projects on S/4HANA (greenfield & brownfield).
Define functional solution design, process mapping, and configuration for warehouse management.
Act as Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance to delivery teams and clients.
Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, and fit‑gap documentation.
Oversee unit, integration, and user‑acceptance testing for EWM scenarios.
Mentor junior consultants and facilitate knowledge transfer.
Coordinate with technical, infrastructure, and logistics teams to ensure seamless integration.
Manage project deliverables, timelines, and risk mitigation.




Support post‑go‑live hypercare and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to proposals, estimations, and best‑practice documentation.

Qualifications
10+ years of SAP EWM experience, with at least 5 years on S/4HANA.
Proven track record of leading greenfield and brownfield EWM implementations.
Deep functional knowledge of warehouse processes, logistics, and supply chain.
SAP certification in EWM or S/4HANA (preferred).
Robust analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Experience in leading cross‑functional delivery teams.
Ability to travel onsite for client engagements (up to 30%).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Proficiency in SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery.
Fluent in English; Hindi proficiency advantageous.
