Job Description:
Lead design and delivery of responsive React applications and scalable Java backend services.
Define reusable frontend architecture, component patterns, state-management practices, API integration standards, accessibility, and coding conventions.
Establish service design, testing, security, logging, error handling, and operational-readiness standards.
Lead architecture, design, code, test-strategy, and production-readiness reviews.
Drive performance, scalability, reliability, resilience, security, accessibility, and observability.
Investigate frontend latency, API bottlenecks, JVM issues, database connection problems, slow SQL, and scalability limitations.
Establish Dynatrace dashboards, tracing, logging, alerting, and support practices.
Lead critical incident resolution, mentor full-stack engineers, and communicate risks and decisions to business and management stakeholders.
