looking for a dedicated Telecaller to support our sales and service operations.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote financial products/services.
Explain products clearly, answer questions, and handle customer objections effectively.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
0.5 years of telecalling experience preferred
Valuable communication in English/Hindi/Bengali (basic English)
