Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Housekeeping role based in Haridwar. Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. Day-to-day tasks involve managing laundry duties, replenishing supplies, and addressing guest requests. The role may also involve assisting with training recent staff and ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Housekeeping tasks and Laundry operations
Robust Customer Service and Communication skills
Experience in training and mentoring team members
Attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and handle tasks efficiently
Previous experience in hospitality or related field is an advantage
