About the Role

/n

We are looking for a Lead - Inside Sales to own end-to-end sales execution for our loan products. This role will manage the entire telecalling sales team, drive disbursals, improve conversions, and ensure disciplined selling. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in loan selling, fintech distribution, and managing telecallers, with solid control over daily numbers and execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the entire inside sales / telecalling team.
/n
- Drive loan disbursals, approval rates, and conversion metrics.
/n
- Structure sales operations including calling strategy, scripts, pitch, and daily targets.
/n
- Train and coach telecallers on loan products, eligibility,



and objection handling.
/n
- Monitor call quality, conduct audits, and improve sales discipline.
/n
- Work closely with marketing to convert inbound leads into approved and disbursed loans.
/n
- Coordinate with product and ops teams to reduce funnel drop-offs.
/n
- Ensure correct selling and compliance with lender guidelines.

Required Experience & Skills

/n

/n
- 5+ years of experience in fintech lending, loan distribution, or sales operations.
/n
- Proven experience managing telecalling / inside sales teams.
/n
- Strong understanding of loan products, approval logic, and disbursal processes.
/n
- Ability to drive teams on daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
/n
- Comfortable communicating in vernacular languages (Hindi mandatory; other regional languages a plus).
/n
- Strong people management, coaching, and execution skills.
