- Discovery Phase Lead ( Techo-Functional Role): The consultant must own the following discovery-phase activities:n
- Lead Migration Strategy workshops (covering all software modules in scope)n
- Assisting the bank to produce the Migration Strategy Document (Migration strategies, reconciliation strategy, cutover/deployment strategy)n
- Participate in and drive the Data Mapping workshops run by Temenosn
- Ensure completion of Data Mapping sheets and Data Extract Specification templatesn
- Coordinate data volume sizing and validate legacy system data readinessn
- Support/Do the Data Loadingn
- DRY RUN and Dress Rehearsal Supportn
