Guidance Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Physics for Bengali medium school affiliated with the West Bengal Board and CBSE-affiliated English medium school. This is a residential position, and the selected candidate must be willing to relocate and reside on campus.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Physics to higher secondary students (Classes XI & XII) as per WB Board and CBSE curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, conduct regular classroom sessions, and ensure conceptual clarity.
Conduct laboratory experiments and maintain lab safety and standards.
Track and assess students’ academic performance through tests, exams, and continuous assessments.
Provide academic support and mentorship to students, especially those preparing for board and competitive exams.
Participate in school cultural activities, staff meetings, and parent-teacher interactions.
Educational Qualifications:
M.Sc in Physics
B.Ed preferred (not mandatory)
Eligibility:
Freshers with private tuition or coaching experience are encouraged to apply.
Must be comfortable teaching in Bengali medium (WB Board) Or English medium (CBSE) as required.
Must be willing to relocate and work in a residential school setup.
