Salary:

₹30,000 to ₹35,000/month during probation | ₹50,000+ post-probation + incentives

Job Role:
Make outbound calls to HRs, recruiters, founders, and business owners.
Generate leads, pitch Erekrut Talent Suite, handle objections, and close B2B sales.
Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:
Robust communication, convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
Experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development preferred.
Candidates from SaaS, HRTech, ERP, IT Services, Recruitment/Staffing preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales ability are welcome.
