Understand customer requirements and provide information about laboratory/testing services.
Prepare and share quotations and service details with clients.
Coordinate sample collection, sample submission and testing schedules.
Follow up with the laboratory team regarding test status and reports.
Communicate report completion and delivery to customers.
Maintain customer records, enquiries, quotations and follow-ups.
Follow up on pending quotations, payments and customer requirements.
Coordinate with technical and field teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Maintain valuable relationships with existing customers and support current customer acquisition.
