Sales Officer – OCL Services

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Officer to join our logistics and transportation team.

Responsibilities:

Identify and generate recent business leads.

Contact potential customers through calls, visits and other communication channels.

Explain our courier, transportation and logistics services to customers.

Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.

Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the operations team.

Maintain regular records of leads, follow-ups and customer interactions.

Visit clients when required for business development.

Stay updated about customer requirements and market opportunities.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification:



12th Pass; graduates are preferred.

Freshers can apply.

0–3 years of experience in sales/business development preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Hindi communication is required; Assamese is preferred.

Candidate should be confident, presentable and willing to communicate with customers. Should be comfortable with field visits and making sales calls.

Salary:₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
