We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive for our retail showroom, specializing in tiles, granite, marble, sanitaryware, bathware and interior products.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend and understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Handle showroom sales, enquiries, quotations and customer follow-ups.
Generate new leads through customers, architects, interior designers, contractors and builders.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and convert enquiries into sales.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth order processing.
Stay updated with current products, designs, brands and market trends.
Support showroom promotions, events and marketing activities.
Develop recent business opportunities and expand the company's customer network.
Requirements:
Good communication, sales and negotiation skills.
Customer-friendly and confident personality.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Experience in tiles, granite, marble, sanitaryware, building materials or interior products is preferred.
Knowledge of architecture/interior design is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
