Job Title: Furniture Designer cum Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and customer-focused Furniture Designer cum Sales to join our furniture showroom team. The role involves understanding customer requirements, creating suitable furniture layout/design concepts, and converting inquiries into successful sales. The candidate should have a positive sense of design, color coordination, and product presentation along with robust communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

 Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and preferences.

 Provide design suggestions and furniture layout options based on space and style requirements.

 Prepare 2D drawings, mood boards, or visual presentations (if required).

 Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D modelling/rendering software, or similar tools.

 Explain product features, materials, finishes, pricing, and customization options.





 Follow up with clients for inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations.

 Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.

 Maintain and update showroom displays and ensure a pleasant customer experience.

 Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

 Stay updated on current furniture trends, materials, and design styles.

Requirements:

 Education: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Any Degree

 Experience: 1 – 3 years in furniture sales or interior design.

 Skills:

o Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

o Good sense of aesthetics and spatial design.

o Sales and negotiation skills.

o Customer service orientation and attention to detail.
