Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and confident IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role involves extensive candidate interaction, sourcing, screening, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Make regular calls to candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sources.
Understand candidate profiles and match them with IT job requirements.
Screen candidates through phone calls and schedule interviews.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate details and recruitment trackers.
Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets.
Coordinate with hiring teams for interview and selection processes.
Requirements
0 to 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment; freshers can apply.
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with frequent calling and candidate interaction.
Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
Valuable interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Must be comfortable working from office in Noida.
