Roles & Responsibilities:

This is a full time, on-site role for a 3D Visualizer office located at Noida.

Responsibilities:
Working closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualize construction projects
Presenting and explaining visuals to colleagues.
Creating both static visualizations and animations/CGI (computer generated imagery)
Working with industry-standard design tools and programmers
Visualizing building concepts in various graphic mediums
Keeping up-to-date with relevant software advances.
Create high-quality 3D visualizations of architectural designs




Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements
Develop detailed, photo-realistic renderings and animations
Utilize software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, and AutoCAD
Incorporate feedback from clients and stakeholders into visualizations
Stay updated with latest visualization techniques and software advancements

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Architecture, Design, or related field
Minimum of 4 years' experience in 3D visualization or in a similar role
Proven expertise in 3D modeling software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, AutoCAD)
Solid portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D visualizations
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and solid creative vision
Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
