Role & responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations.
Lead, train, and supervise store employees.
Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and product displays.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
Prepare staff schedules and assign duties.
Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and company standards.
Preferred candidate profile
High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred by many employers).
Experience in retail sales or team supervision.
Robust leadership and communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (billing systems, spreadsheets, POS software).
Problem-solving and customer service skills.
