BlueSky is looking for an energetic, target-oriented, and proactive Business Development Manager who can independently generate, manage and convert opportunities for residential, commercial and turnkey interior projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle walk-in clients, online enquiries, phone/WhatsApp leads and referrals.
Understand client requirements, budget and project scope and convert enquiries into projects.
Arrange and attend client meetings and site visits.
Follow up with leads, prepare proposals in coordination with the design team and close deals.
Generate new clients independently through networking, referrals, property visits and market exploration.
Build strong relationships with homeowners, builders, developers, architects, real estate agents and corporate clients.
Identify upcoming residential, commercial, villa, retail, office and other interior projects.
Explore current and innovative channels to generate leads and business for BlueSky.
Attend exhibitions, networking events and industry events to develop new business connections.
Maintain a proper sales pipeline, lead database and follow-up records.




Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
IDEAL CANDIDATE: Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Confident in meeting clients and developing relationships.
Strong sales and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated and capable of generating business without depending only on company leads.
Willing to travel within Bangalore for client meetings and site visits.
Positive knowledge/interest in interior design, construction and real estate.
Existing contacts with builders, architects, property consultants or homeowners will be an advantage.
Should be professional, presentable, energetic and result-oriented.
