Job Type: Full time | WFO
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday–Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday
Salary: ₹12,000–₹35,000 + Incentives
Eligibility: Freshers & Experienced | Male & Female
Responsibilities:
Generate leads and make customer calls.
Explain loan products and understand customer requirements.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Achieve assigned sales/disbursement targets.
Coordinate with the backend team for smooth processing.
Skills: Valuable communication, convincing, customer-handling and follow-up skills.
