Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor day-to-day plant and production activities.
Ensure smooth execution of production activities as per the production plan.
Monitor manpower and allocate work responsibilities effectively.
Coordinate with the Quality Control and other departments for smooth operations.
Ensure production processes follow company procedures, safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Monitor the proper usage of machinery, equipment, and materials.
Maintain daily production records and operational reports.
Identify operational issues and report them to the management.
Ensure employees follow workplace discipline and safety procedures.
Assist in improving productivity and minimizing material wastage.
Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the production area.
