Medical Receptionist – Dermatology & Aesthetic Clinic

Location: Ayami Skin Clinic, Mogappair East, Chennai

Salary-12,000-18,000

Job Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients in a warm and skilled manner.
Manage appointments, patient registrations, and follow-up schedules.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and appointment bookings.
Maintain patient records and clinic documentation.
Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Explain treatment packages, billing, and payment procedures.
Process invoices, collect payments, and maintain daily billing records.
Ensure the reception area is organized and provides an excellent patient experience.

Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Medical Receptionist (clinic/hospital experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).
Good computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/clinic management software.
Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
Robust organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced healthcare environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
