Perform routine service, maintenance, and repair of electric two-wheelers (battery, motor, wiring, controller, brakes, suspension, etc.)
Handle vehicle inspections, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis.
Assist in battery testing, replacement, and connector repairs.
Coordinate with the central service team/R&D; team for any technical escalation or major issues.
Maintain daily service records, job sheets, and customer interaction logs.
Manage and maintain tools, spares, and service inventory.
Support vehicle delivery setup and pre-delivery inspection whenever required.
