Handle end-to-end recruitment for Solar Sales, Marketing, Telecalling, Technical, Installation, O&M; and other positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, WhatsApp groups, references and local networks.
Conduct resume screening and initial telephonic/HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
Maintain a robust candidate database and recruitment pipeline for current and future requirements.
Follow up with selected candidates regularly until joining.
Focus on bulk hiring and achieve monthly recruitment targets within defined timelines.
Coordinate recruitment activities for Jaipur, Jodhpur and surrounding districts and be comfortable with local candidate sourcing/travel when required.
Maintain daily recruitment tracker.
