Job Description
Responsible for all sales and marketing activities of the company. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery. Plan and develop a system to meet the overall team targets. Identify sales prospects and contact them for further discussions, document the same. Follow up on recent leads and referrals resulting from field activity. The additional responsibilities include follow up on collection for payment, on the job training for the recent sales recruits in the team. Other than the above you should be an excellent communicator, be able to respond well to work pressure, think creatively, motivate and inspire the team to meet the set targets. Two wheeler is a must.
