Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager to oversee daily business operations, manage teams, improve operational efficiency, and ensure achievement of company targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise day-to-day business operations.
Lead, motivate, and manage staff across different departments.
Set operational targets and ensure timely achievement.
Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and overall business performance.
Develop and implement strategies for business growth.
Handle customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with management and department heads for smooth operations.
Monitor employee performance, attendance,



and discipline.
Maintain operational reports, MIS, and other required records.
Ensure company policies, SOPs, safety, and quality standards are followed.
Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
Control operational costs and improve overall profitability.
Build solid relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners.
Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate / Post Graduate in any relevant discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in General Management / Operations / Hospitality / Retail / relevant industry.
Robust leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability.
