Responsibilities :
Perform exact manual wire cutting, stripping, and crimping using handheld tools.
Do high-quality manual soldering (Through-Hole and SMT) to connect wires securely to PCBs and connector pins.
Assemble multi-wire cables and build custom wiring harnesses for automotive components and diagnostic tools.
Follow easy wiring diagrams or templates to ensure correct wire color and pin connections.
Run quick quality checks and continuity testing using basic tools to ensure finished cables work properly.
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and handle production tools safely.

Specific Requirements :
Education: Must be a 12th Pass candidate or hold an ITI / Diploma certification in an electrical or electronics trade (Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Wireman, etc.).
Technical Skills: Basic hands-on familiarity with a soldering iron, wire cutters, and crimping tools.
Physical & Mental Traits: Good hand-eye coordination, robust attention to detail, and steady hands for precision assembly work.
Age Limit: Candidates should be between 18 to 45 years old.
