Job DescriptionMorena Technologies is hiring Customer Support Executives for our Noida office.

This is a pure customer support profile with NO SALES and NO SALES TARGETS.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries professionally over calls/chat.
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
Resolve customer issues and complaints.
Maintain a positive and helpful relationship with customers.
Follow company processes and customer service guidelines.
Update customer information and interaction details as required.




Coordinate with the concerned team for issue resolution.
RequirementsGood communication skills.
