Key Responsibilities:
Create fresh content ideas and scripts for Reels, Shorts and YouTube
Write robust hooks, storytelling, dialogues and CTAs in Tamil & English
Create and manage the weekly/monthly content calendar.
Coordinate with the Creative Director, creators and production team for content execution.
Publish and schedule content across Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
Manage captions, titles, descriptions, hashtags and posting requirements.
Handle daily comments, DMs and community engagement.
Identify potential customer enquiries from DMs and transfer sales-related leads to the Tele Support Team.
Monitor views, engagement, shares, saves and follower growth and share basic insights.




Track trends and competitor content and suggest current content opportunities.
Maintain consistency in brand tone and communication across platforms.

Experience: 1–2+ years

Portfolio: Reels/Shorts scripts or previous social media work preferred.
