Job Summary

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to own paid performance, social media, influencer marketing, and team leadership across a portfolio of D2C and SaaS clients. You will work directly with the founding team, manage client accounts end-to-end, and be held accountable for business outcomes - not activity metrics. This is not a coordinator role. You own results. You will be an key stakeholder!

Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn - with real budget ownership and ROAS accountability
Own social media strategy and content calendars across platforms; review creatives with a sharp eye for design and video quality
Manage influencer partnerships from brief to delivery, including identification, negotiation, and ROI tracking
Apply working knowledge of SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) to content and client strategy decisions
Lead and manage a team of executives and interns - assign work, enforce quality, build accountability without escalating to the founder




Integrate AI tools into daily workflows for research, reporting, brief generation, and creative review; actively explore recent platforms and recommend relevant tools

Qualifications
3+ years in a marketing agency with paid performance marketing and social media management with real budget responsibility
Proven experience managing and mentoring a team
Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and awareness of GEO
Active daily use of AI tools - non-negotiable
Sharp visual and video judgment across platforms
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Looker Studio, ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent
Excellent communication skills are mandatory
