Job DescriptionWe are hiring candidates for International Voice Process roles with leading organizations across Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle international customers over voice calls.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues when required.
Maintain qualified communication and a positive customer experience.
EligibilityExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.




Comfortable communicating with international customers.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Candidates should be comfortable working from the office.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, depending on the process requirements.
Candidates with experience in International BPO / International Voice / Customer Support / Technical Support will be preferred.
