Marketing Manager

The role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to take charge of how our clients meet the brand — online and offline, both experiences. Someone who understands that a bride may find us on Instagram at midnight and walk into the store on Saturday, and that both moments have to feel like the same house.

This is a brand-custodian role with commercial teeth. You will build the campaign calendar around our collection launches, run acquisition across paid and organic, drive footfall into our stores, grow the online business, and manage the small team and partners who bring it all to life.

You will own
Client acquisition across every entry point — social, search, walk-in, referral — and the journey from first enquiry to booked appointment to order
360 campaigns for collection launches: concept, shoot direction, rollout across store, web and social
Store visibility and footfall through local search, events, exhibitions and wedding-industry partnerships
The digital storefront's commercial performance — merchandising, conversion, launch pages, AOV
The content and social calendar,



and the aesthetic consistency of everything published
Stylist, celebrity, influencer and press relationships
Marketing budget, reporting and a small in-house creative team

You should bring
5–7 years in marketing, at least 2–3 with a fashion, jewellery, beauty or premium lifestyle brand
Hands-on ability with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4 and Shopify — you can read a campaign yourself, not only brief an agency
A real eye. You can look at a frame and say what's wrong with it
Experience running both retail and digital marketing, not one in isolation
Comfort with the wedding-season rhythm and with high-consideration, high-ticket purchases
Experience directing shoots and managing creative vendors
Bachelor's degree; a postgraduate marketing qualification is a plus

Valuable to have
Existing relationships across the Delhi NCR wedding and styling ecosystem
Fluency with AI tools for content, creative and campaign workflows

Why this role

You will not be one voice in a large department. You will own the function, report directly to the founder, and see your decisions show up in the store on Saturday.
