Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage patient interactions, handle follow-ups, maintain records, and convert leads into walk-in customers. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a qualified approach while dealing with patients and inquiries.

Roles & Responsibilities
Connect with leads through calls, messages, and other communication channels.
Generate and convert leads into walk-in customers/patients.
Take regular follow-ups with patients regarding appointments, treatments, and feedback.
Maintain and update patient data and records accurately.
Handle customer queries and provide proper information about services.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient support.
Maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
Ensure timely response to inquiries and appointments.

Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM software.
Solid follow-up and coordination abilities.
Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidential patient data.

Qualification
Graduate or equivalent qualification.

Experience
0–2 years of experience preferred.

Salary
As per industry standards.
