Job Description
We are looking for Account Executive:
n
n Department: Finance
n Location: Pune
n Min Experience: 1-3 Years
n
nThe Finance Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial transactions, supporting monthly closing, managing vendor payments, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

n Key Responsibilities:
n

- n
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliations, and payment processing.n
- Prepare and maintain financial records, vouchers, and invoices.n
- Assist in monthly and quarterly closing activities.n
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely invoice generation and follow-ups.n
- Support bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking.n
- Ensure proper filing of statutory returns (GST, TDS, PF, etc.).n
- Maintain accurate documentation and support for audits.n




- Assist in budget tracking and variance analysis.n
- Work with external vendors and internal teams for payment resolutions.n

n Key Skills & Requirements:
n
n
- n
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter preferred).n
- 2–5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.n
- Working knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.n
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.n
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other compliance requirements.n
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.n
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.n
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.n
