Job Description – Business Partner Manager Position: Business Partner Manager – Healthcare / MedTech Department: Business Development / Partnerships Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 2–5 Years Industry: Healthcare / MedTech / Diagnostics / Hospitals About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Partner Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, healthcare organizations, doctors, and other healthcare stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new B2B healthcare partners . Develop partnerships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, healthcare chains, and medical institutions. Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, meetings, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Conduct meetings, presentations, negotiations, and partnership discussions. Prepare proposals and commercial terms and support partnership closure.



Manage the complete partnership lifecycle from lead generation to onboarding and relationship management . Work closely with internal sales, marketing, operations, and management teams to execute partnerships. Track partnership performance, revenue, and business targets. Explore recent markets and identify opportunities for business expansion. Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, pipeline, and conversions in CRM. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Medicine / Healthcare (MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, or equivalent) preferred. Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Management, or Business Development . 2–5 years of experience in B2B Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Healthcare, or MedTech . Strong understanding of the healthcare and medical industry . Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills .
